Elijah is the Founder and Chairman of ENAULD Information Management & Technology Ltd, Nigeria, and is also the Director, Business Development & IT, Insight Oil & Gas Consultants Ltd, Nigeria. In this latter role he has led the entry of an International Oil Company into Uganda and led commercial negotiations for new upstream projects of over $50 million of new capital investments.
Elijah worked for Shell for over 23 years and held several jobs in the organisation. As Commercial Manager, he managed Shell’s opportunity to acquire Chevron Nigeria Limited’s (CNL) Oil Mining License (OML) and successfully transferred Ogoni Assets to NNPC in record time achieving special recognition award by the management team. Earlier he was Global E&P Business Application (BA) IT Portfolio Manager in the Netherlands, where he proactively developed roadmaps for all Applications in the Portfolio, handled the business IT opportunities and over US$102 million worth of IT projects. As IT Business Opportunity Manager, he initiated the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) Remote Operations & Capability Implementation (ROCI) project, an estimated investment of $1.2 billion. Other posts he held other posts such as SAP HR Senior Program Manager, engaging the key stakeholder to the Shell Joint Venture in Nigeria- Government of Nigeria (NAPIMS) approving the over $33 million Shell People & Nigeria SAP payroll project in record time with a special recognition award by SPDC leadership having delivered the world class project on time and budget.
