Olga Panfilova is webmaster and designer/ creator of this website. She creates and maintains responsive design websites for small and mid-size enterprises mainly on CMS (Content Management System) Joomla-3x, but also with WordPress. She brings with her additional related expertise in desktop publishing and photo editing. 

She also provides general IT help and related services for start-up and small entrepreneurs.

She is a graduate of Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health, St. Petersburg, one of the leading institutes of its kind in Russia. Her professional sports career was as middle- and long-distance runner, participating in, and winning, national and international competitions, achieving the level of Master of Sport of the USSR. She carries the qualifications of Teacher and Trainer of Light Athletics and certified Instructor Methodologist of Physiotherapy; and added further expertise in Medical cosmetology, face & neck massage, and Full body massage. With this background she also offers personal health and fitness training to executives with dedicated programs designed to suit their individual needs and busy schedules.

Leaving the USSR and settling in Germany first, and then in The Netherlands, she changed her vocational direction towards ICT, developing expertise, using these skills at ACCESS, The Hague, a non-profit organisation providing help to the international expatriate community in The Netherlands, in the Public Relations department. She possesses various ICT skills with Windows XP Pro, Windows 7, and Microsoft Office. She possesses general expertise in desktop publishing and graphic design programmes such as Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
