Dr James Kass (CEO)
Dr James Kass started his career as a physicist. Following research in Nuclear physics, he worked in Neurophysiology, Space Medicine, Human Spaceflight, Operations, Telemedicine, Applied Human Sciences, Behavioural Psychology, Knowledge Management, and Data Privacy.
This wide background allows him to analyse problems and investigate needs in a holistic manner taking into account the various complex inter-related issues often arising from very different domains that usually surround a situation. A broad system approach to designing solutions is facilitated by the wealth of experience garnered along his multi-disciplinary professional career.
This consultancy offers expertise across a broad range of domains and services based on the wealth of experience of its founder and the circle of experts forming the team. This broad base of expertise allows for a holistic multi-dimensional approach to resolve challenges and solve problems.
Dr Michiel Kruijff
Dr. ir. Michiel Kruijff has built 20 years of experience in satellite design, system engineering and service development, R&D and team management. At Delta-Utec SRC, from 1996-2009, Michiel co-led the development of several ground-breaking technology demonstration satellites (YES1, TEAMSAT, YES2) and a re-entry capsule (Fotino).
From 2009-2013 for the European Space Agency, in the Integrated Applications Promotion (IAP) program team, Michiel managed the development of innovative services in the field of sustainability and safe living, incl. asset management, risk mapping and operations monitoring solutions. He also initiated ESA's Ambassador Platform on Water Management.
Prof. Dr. Francesco Sacerdoti
Dr Francesco Sacerdoti, CEO e-voluzione srl, is a Laurea, Electronic engineer, Magna cum laude, graduate of Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Federico II'. He is Adjunct Professor in the Center for Biotechnology and BioEngineering at College of Science and Technology at Temple University, Philadelphia, USA.
He is a Certified LabView Architect and Certified Professional Instructor. He is an expert with Test Benches, Measurement systems, Data Acquisition, Analysis, Storage and Presentation, Vision Systems, Design and development of measurement systems, Prototypes, and also works on Research projects.
Olivier Becu
Oliver is a graduate of Polytech Nice-Sophia, France, where he received his MSc, specializing in the disciplines of Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication & Remote Sensing. He worked seven years at Thales Alenia Space as System and network architect, managing projects leveraging on satellite telecommunications, development and trials of innovative satellite communication products, and system design for satellite/terrestrial broadband networks. He then moved to the European Space Agency (ESA) European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC) where the joined the Integrated Applications Promotion (IAP) program team in 2007.
Prof. Dr Raye Kass
Prof. Dr. Raye Kass, Professor of Applied Human Sciences at Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, currently spearheads group theory courses in both the undergraduate and graduate level.
Known for her contemporary, cutting edge, and timely research style and results, Dr. Raye Kass has been highlighted frequently by both national and international press agencies for both her space sciences and group theory research.
As Program Director and Board Member for the Centre for Human Relations and Community Studies for over 30 years, her consulting and training activities included designing and implementing over 2000 workshops with various universities, schools, hospitals, social services, churches, penitentiaries, government departments, and business organizations in Canada, the USA, and Europe.
Elijah Akwataghibe
Elijah Akwataghibe is a Management Executive with expertise in Decisive Leadership, Business Management, financial analysis, Strategic Planning, and Project Controllership within high-profile corporations in Europe and Africa. He is skilled in collaborating with organizations and successfully leading cross functional teams to achieve business and financial objectives. He has been instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing technology solutions in various organizations. Possessing acute business acumen, Elijah energizes and invigorates the workforce in his organizations through charismatic leadership skills and has an excellent track record of achieving corporate goals.
Jeffrey Gram
Jeffrey Gram is a system engineer with more than 29 years’ experience in satellite projects support at ESTEC. Since the last 12 years, within the Human Spaceflight & Operations directorate (HSO-UP division), in development monitoring in technologically advanced payloads for the International Space Station and the Sounding Rockets programme. Developments are verified against the numerous NASA, ESA and ECSS standards (European Cooperation for Space Standardization).
Previous experience includes environmental testing of satellites at the ESTEC test centre - electrical thermal sensors setup, monitoring and recording, and satellite operations at ESOC, and in the beginning of his career electrical and functional checkout of the Olympus satellite Attitude and Orbit Control System.

Olga Panfilova
Olga Panfilova is webmaster and designer/ creator of this website. She creates and maintains responsive design websites for small and mid-size enterprises mainly on CMS (Content Management System) Joomla-3x, but also with WordPress. She brings with her additional related expertise in desktop publishing and photo editing.
She also provides general IT help and related services for start-up and small entrepreneurs.
