Dr Kass is experienced in the domain of integrated satellite applications, where innovative applications are designed and tested for potential commercial operations, covering earth observation, telecommunications, and navigation information integrated with earth-based infrastructure, gathering much experience with the ESA Integrated Applications Promotion (IAP) programme, which he helped build.
